Abstract

A fixação do forro dotado de aberturas em sobreposição com a camada de folha superior facilita a fabricação do artigo absorvente.<B> ABSORBENT ITEM HAVING A LINING FITTED WITH OPENINGS <D> An absorbent article with a liquid-permeable top sheet layer, a back sheet layer and an absorbent structure positioned between them. The absorbent article has a frontal waist section, a posterior waist section and an intermediate section interconnecting two waist sections. A liner provided with openings at least partially defines a rear part of the body-side surface of the article and may include a film layer provided with openings on the side of the article. The top sheet layer at least partially defines a front part of the body side surface and can be a fibrous material. The lining provided with openings defines a fecal target zone and optimizes the capacity of the absorbent article to contain low viscosity faecal materials and separate such materials from the user's skin. The lining provided with openings can be formed by fixing a layer of film provided with openings to a low density hydrophilic fibrous material. An absorbent body can also be attached to the underside of the ceiling with openings. A part or all of the opening-lined lining can overlap the top sheet layer and the absorbent body can be positioned between the opening-lined lining and the top sheet layer. Fixing the lining with openings overlapping with the top sheet layer facilitates the manufacture of the absorbent article.
