"MéTODOS PARA DETECçãO DA PRESENçA DE SANGUE EM UMA AMOSTRA BIOLóGICA PARA DETECçãO DE SANGRAMENTO GASTROINTESTINAL INFERIOR, PARA DETECçãO DE SANGRAMENTO NO TRATO GASTROINTESTINAL SUPERIOR, PARA DIAGNOSTICAR CONDIçõES DE DOENçA E PARA DETECçãO DA PRESENçA DE UM ANALITO EM UMA AMOSTRA BIOLóGICA" A presente invenção refere-se geralmente ao método de detecção da presença de um analito na amostra biológica. O primeiro método para detecção de sangue na amostra biológica envolve aplicar a amostra a primeira região da matriz de ensaio, detectar globina ou hemoglobina por meio da prova imunológica na segunda região da matriz de ensaio e detectar hemo por meio da prova de base em cromógeno na terceira região da matriz de ensaio. The second method disclosed involves applying the sample to the first region of the test matrix, the sample is allowed to flow to the second region where it comes into contact with the anti-analyte immunointeractive molecule and the anti-analyte labeled immunointeractive conjugate. Any analyte-anti-analyte complex that is formed is immobilized and detected in this second region, any immunointeractive conjugate labeled non-complexed anti-analyte is allowed to flow to the third region where it is detected.
