Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>''PROCESSO E KIT DE TESTE PARA ANáLISE DE REPARO DE DNA''<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e a um kit de teste para análise do reparo de modificações no DNA e pareamentos errados de base tais como sítios apurínicos ou apirimidínicos por enzimas de reparo de DNA. De acordo com o processo mencionado, moléculas de DNA que são acopladas covalentemente a uma matriz de fase sólida por meio de reação com um ácido esquárico reativo conduzido em contato com uma composição contendo uma enzima de reparo de DNA. O kit de teste contém os componentes que são requeridos para as ditas análises.
