Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "GANHO DE LOOP VARIáVEL EM SISTEMAS DE CONTROLE DE POTêNCIA DE LOOP DUPLO". Um equipamento e um método para utilizar um ganho de loop variável em um sistema de controle de potência de loop duplo para controlar a potência de um sinal de ligação enviada enviado por um gateway para um terminal de usuário, para compensar o fading em um sistema de comunicações sem fio. Em uma modalidade a invenção inclui as etapas de detectar o fading rápido no sinal de ligação enviada e informar ao gateway sobre o fading rápido; e, no gateway, reduzir o ganho de loop do loop de controle de potência quando o fading rápido é indicado. Em outra modalidade, a invenção inclui as etapas de, no gateway, detectar o fading rápido em um sinal de ligação de retorno recebido a partir do terminal de usuário e reduzir o ganho de loop do loop de controle de potência quando o fading rápido é indicado.
