Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA CONTROLE DE VIBRAçãO EM UMA MáQUINA DE CORTE, UTILIZAçãO DO MESMO, PROCESSO PARA CONTROLE DE VIBRAçãO DURANTE O CORTE, E, PORTA-FERRAMENTA QUE é ADAPTADO PARA SUPORTAR UMA FERRAMENTA PARA CORTAR". A invenção diz respeito a um dispositivo para controle de vibração em uma máquina de corte, a dita máquina consistindo de uma ferramenta de corte (21, 43), sustentada por um porta-ferramenta (3, 23, 41). O dispositivo consiste de uma unidade de controle (28) e de mecanismos de conversão, que são conectáveis à unidade de controle, e compreendem um sensor de vibração (24, 25) e um atuador (26, 27, 45, 47). O atuador compreende um elemento ativo (26, 27, 45, 47), que converte uma voltagem de C.A., fornecida ao atuador pela unidade de controle, em alterações dimensionais. O dito elemento ativo é adaptado para ser embutido no corpo do porta-ferramenta, e é adatado para ser embutido de uma maneira tal que as ditas alterações dimensionais comuniquem momentos de rotação ao corpo do porta-ferramenta. A invenção ainda diz respeito a um processo para controle de vibração durante o corte. A invenção também diz respeito a um porta-ferramenta.
