Abstract
"PROCESSO AUTOTéRMICO PARA A PRODUçãO DE OLEFINAS, CATALISADOR PARA O PROCESSO, E PROCESSO PARA SINTETIZAR OU REGENERAR O CATALISADOR". A presente invenção compreende um processo e um catalisador para a oxidação parcial de hidrocarbonetos parafínicos, tais como etano, propano, nafta, e condensados de gás natural, a olefinas, tais como etileno e propileno. O processo compreende contatar um hidrocarboneto parafínico com oxigênio na presença de um catalisador sob condições de processo autotérmicas. O catalisador compreende pelo menos um metal do Grupo 8B e, opcionalmente, um metal promotor, tal como estanho ou cobre. Em um aspecto, a invenção é um processo para oxidar um hidrocarboneto parafínico a uma olefina sob condições autotérmicas na presença de um catalisador compreendendo um metal do Grupo 8B e, opcionalmente, um metal promotor, os metais sendo carregados sobre a face anterior de um suporte monolítico. Também é divulgado um método em-linha para sintetizar e regenerar catalisadores para processos de oxidação autotérmica.
