Abstract

"CONECTOR HIDRáULICO RáPIDO". O conector rápido para condutos possui uma ponteira tubular de conexão dividida ao longo de um eixo (4) longitudinal dessa ponteira em uma primeira parte (1) fixada no conduto (T) e em uma segunda parte (2) destinada a operar junto com o canal (C) e um órgão de retenção (5), interposto entre o elemento e a ponteira, e deformável elasticamente entre um estado de repouso que trava a ligação da ponteira e do elemento e um estado comandado de destravamento dessa ligação. O órgão de retenção (5) é feito de uma só peça com a ponteira e compreende, por um lado, uma lâmina (9) que se estende de modo sensivelmente paralelo ao eixo longitudinal (4) da ponteira e que é radialmente espaçada da segunda parte (2) dessa última com em sua extremidade livre (10) uma saliência de enganchamento (12) e por outro lado um elemento de manobra (11) da lâmina entre o estado de repouso e o estado comandado que possui uma alavanca feita de uma só peça com a lâmina (9), o elemento (6) possuindo pelo menos um dente (13) de enganchamento atrás do qual, no sentido do acoplamento da ponteira com esse elemento, vem se alojar a parte (12) saliente da lâmina (9).
