Abstract

"PROCESSO E SISTEMA PARA ENCAMINHAR MENSAGENS DE EMERGêNCIA DE UMA ESTAçãO MóVEL EM UMA REDE DE RADIOCOMUNICAçãO E PROCESSO PARA SOLICITAR ASSISTêNCIA DE EMERGêNCIA POR UM USUáRIO DA UMA ESTAçãO MóVEL EM UMA REDE DE RADIOCOMUNICAçãO". A presente invenção apresenta um processo de comunicar mensagens de emergência utilizando conexões sem voz. De acordo com concretizações típicas da presente invenção, um serviço de mensagens curtas de emergência é adicionado aos standards sem fio digitais, tais como standards baseados em GSM. Este serviço permite aos usuários fazer uma chamada de emergência com a finalidade específica de transmitir uma mensagem de dados de emergência utilizando Serviço de Mensagens Curtas (SMS). As ditas mensagens de dados poderiam incluir a posição geográfica do usuário chamador, mensagens de correio eletrónico ou possivelmente, informações de diagnóstico. Consequentemente, a mensagem de dados de emergência da presente invenção receberá as mesmas condições de acesso das chamadas de emergência de voz em um sistema de comunicações celular ou por satélite.
