Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA ORAL DE UM COMPOSTO TENDO ATIVIDADE ANTIFúNGICA E MéTODO PARA A SUA PREPARAçãO"<D>. Ela compreende um composto tendo atividade antifúngica como princípio ativo, um núcleo inerte e um revestimento incluindo o dito princípio ativo, e é caracterizada pelo fato de que o dito núcleo inerte tem um tamanho de partícula compreendido entre 50 e 600 Ám, e pelo fato de que o dito revestimento compreende uma camada simples obtida através de pulverização sobre o dito núcleo inerte, de uma solução compreendendo um composto tendo atividade antifúngica, um polímero hidrofílico e um tensoativo não-iónico. O método consiste em realizar um revestimento, compreendendo uma camada simples, dos núcleos inertes tendo um tamanho entre 50 e 60 Ám, por meio da pulverização de uma solução composta pelo agente antifúngico, pelo polímero hidrofílico e pelo tensoativo não-iónico, em uma velocidade de revestimento constante durante todo o processo; e uma etapa de secagem simples do dito revestimento no mesmo aparelho.
