Abstract
VáLVULA DE COMPORTA DESLIZANTE PARA UM RECIPIENTE CONTENDO METAL FUNDIDO Válvula de comporta deslizante (20) para um recipiente contendometal fundido possui uma porção de alojamento (14) que pode serfixada à anterior e uma unidade corrediça (30) que élongitudinalmente móvel com relação à mesma, na qual pratos deválvula refratários respectivos (22, 23) podem ser inseridos, osquais podem ser pressionados entre si através de meios deelementos de mola (26) e servem para abrir e fechar a válvula (20).A unidade corrediça (30) é montada de forma longitudinal e móvelna porção de alojamento por uma pluralidade de meios demontagem (40) alinhados perpendicularmente à mesma, cada umdestes meios de montagem (40), sendo fixado na porção dealojamento (14) e tendo, opostos, meios de guia que deslizam emum trilho guia (36) construído na unidade corrediça (30). Os meiosde montagem (40) possuem um elemento de conexão no formatode pino respectivo (25), um elemento de mola (26) atuando nomesmo na direção axial e os meios de guia suportados no elementode conexão (25). Isto resulta em uma válvula extremamentecompacta com pequenas dimensões e manufaturacorrespondentemente económica.
