Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE ARTIGO REVESTIDO COM PELìCULA REPELENTE DE áGUA, ARTIGO REVESTIDO COM PELìCULA REPELENTE DE áGUA, E COMPOSIçãO LìQUIDA PARA REVESTIMENTO DE PELìCULA REPELENTE DE áGUA"<D>. Processo para a produção de um produto revestido com uma película repelente de água que compreende a aplicação, sobre um substrato de base, de um líquido de revestimento contendo um alcóxido de silício, um composto do tipo silano contendo um grupo fluoralquila e um ácido dissolvidos em um solvente e secagem; o processo para a produção de um produto revestido com uma película repelente de água sendo caracterizado pelo fato de o referido líquido de revestimento conter: 0,01 - 2% em peso (convertido em sílica) do referido alcóxido de silício ou um hidrolisado do mesmo, 0,00001 - 0,15% em peso (convertido em sílica) do referido composto do tipo silano contendo um grupo fluoralquila, 0,003 - 3 normal do referido ácido, e 0 - 20% em peso de água. Pelo processo, um produto repelente de água com boa propriedade de rolamento de gotas de água, uma alta resistência a arranhões e uma alta resistência às intempéries é fornecido com uma produtividade excelente.Invention Patent: <B> "PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ARTICLE COATED WITH WATER REPELLENT FILM, ARTICLE COATED WITH WATER REPELLENT FILM, AND NET COMPOSITION FOR WATER REPELLENT FILM" <D>. A process for the production of a product coated with a water-repellent film comprising the application, on a base substrate, of a coating liquid containing a silicon alkoxide, a silane-type compound containing a fluoralkyl group and an acid dissolved in a solvent and drying; the process for the production of a product coated with a water-repellent film, characterized by the fact that said coating liquid contains: 0.01 - 2% by weight (converted into silica) of said silicon alkoxide or a hydrolyzate thereof , 0.00001 - 0.15% by weight (converted to silica) of said silane-type compound containing a fluoralkyl group, 0.003 - 3 normal of said acid, and 0 - 20% by weight of water. Through the process, a water-repellent product with good water droplet rolling properties, a high scratch resistance and a high weather resistance is provided with excellent productivity.
