Abstract

"INSTALAçãO DE SECAGEM A ALTO VáCUO ESTABILIZADA PARA PELES INDUSTRIAIS E PRODUTOS SIMILARES" Uma instalação de secagem a alto vácuo estabilizada para peles industriais e produtos similares, incluindo uma pluralidade de leitos de secagem (2, 2', 2") com plataformas de aquecimento (3, 3', 3") e coberturas herméticas (4, 4' e 4"), dispositivo de vácuo (7) conectado aos leitos de secagem para extrair vapores vindos da peles e para reduzir a pressão a valores mínimos de trabalho (Pi), um circuito com dispositivo válvula (10, 10', 10"; 11, 11', 11") para seletivamente conectar os leitos de secagem aos dispositivos de vácuo. Os dispositivos de válvula incluem, a jusante de cada leito de secagem, pelo menos uma válvula de corte (10, 10', 10") para seletivamente conectar tal leito, inicialmente sob pressão atmosférica, ao dispositivo de vácuo (7) e pelo menos uma válvula de retenção (11, 11', 11") para isolar automaticamente os leitos restantes já sob pressão de trabalho, a fim de evitar oscilações de pressão em seu interior. O dispositivo de vácuo (7) inclui uma bomba a vácuo primária (8) adequada para reduzir a pressão do circuito a um valor predeterminado (Ps) superior ao valor mínimo de trabalho (Pi) e uma bomba a vácuo secundária (9) adequada para cooperar com a bomba a vácuo primária (8) para reduzir a pressão do circuito ao mínimo valor de trabalho (Pi).
