Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"PROCESSO PARA EXTRAIR CAROTENOS DE MATERIAIS CONTENDO COROTENO"<D>. Um processo para extrair carotenos de materiais contendo caroteno, em particular de gorduras e óleos de origem biológica, o qual provê a extração do referido material contendo caroteno com um extrator compreendendo no mínimo um membro selecionado entre o grupo consistindo em acetonitrila, <B>N-<D>metilpirrolidona, <B>N,N-<D>dimetilformamida, tetraidrofurano,<B> N,N-<D> dimetilacetamida, furfurol, morfolina, 4-formilmorfolina, 4-acetilmorfolina, 4- metilmorfolina, 4-fenilmorfolina.
