<B>"ARTIGO DE REVESTIMENTO AMORFO RESISTENTE AO DESGASTE, BANHO DE REVESTIMENTO, MéTODO DE DEPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO METáLICO, PRODUTO E CONCENTRADO"<D> A presente invenção refere-se a revestimento com uso de um banho de revestimento duro, dúctil resistente a desgaste e corrosão sobre um substrato, o banho ácido possuindo um pH de cerca de 10 a cerca de 14 e compreendendo: (1) cerca de 0,0463 a cerca de 0,556 mole por litro de banho de revestimento de íons de níquel; (2) uma quantidade eficaz de tungstato de chumbo para estabilizar o banho e para formar um revestimento contínuo isento de manchas sem deposição substancial de tungstato de chumbo no revestimento; (3) uma quantidade eficaz de agente complexante de ion metálico em quantidade suficiente para inibir a precipitação dos referidos íons metálicos a partir do banho de revestimento; e (4) uma quantidade eficaz de um agente redutor de borohidreto.<B> "WEAR RESISTANT AMORFO COATING ARTICLE, COATING BATH, METAL COATING, PRODUCT AND CONCENTRATE DEPOSITION METHOD" <D> The present invention relates to coating using a hard, ductile coating resistant to wear and corrosion on a substrate, the acid bath having a pH of about 10 to about 14 and comprising: (1) about 0.0463 to about 0.556 mole per liter of nickel ion coating bath; (2) an effective amount of lead tungstate to stabilize the bath and to form a stain-free continuous coating without substantial lead tungstate deposition on the coating; (3) an effective amount of metal ion complexing agent in an amount sufficient to inhibit the precipitation of said metal ions from the coating bath; and (4) an effective amount of a borohydride reducing agent.
