"DESIDROGENASE SECOISOLARICIRRESINOLRECOMBINANTE, E MéTODOS DE USO". Uma proteína dedesidrogenase de secoisolaricirresinol foi isolada de Forsythiaintermedia, juntamente com cDNAs que codificam desidrogenasede secoisolaricirresinol dessa espécie. Conseq³entemente, asseq³ências de DNAs isoladas são proporcionadas, que codificama expressão de desidrogenase de secoisolaricirresinol. Em outrosaspectos, a presente invenção é direcionada a veículos declonagem recombinantes replicáveis, que compreendem umaseq³ência de ácidos nucléicos que codifica uma proteína dedesidrogenase de secoisolaricirresinol, ou uma seq³ência de basessuficientemente complementares a pelo menos uma parte de umDNA ou RNA de desidrogenase de secoisolaricirresinol parapropiciar a hibridização com eles.
