Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "SISTEMA DE FORMAçãO DE IMAGEM PARA DETECçãO DE OBJETOS SUBTERRâNEOS E SUMARINOS E MéTODO ASSOCIADO". Método para detectar objetos escondidos utiliza uma pluralidade de transdutores eletromecânicos, incluindo pelo menos um gerador de ondas de pressão eletroacústico e pelo menos um sensor acusticoelétrico acima de uma superfície terrestre ou marinha selecionada ou uma superfície de um objeto localizada embaixo da terra ou embaixo d'água. Conseq³entemente, o método é útil para detectar objetos subterrâneos ou submarinos. De acordo com o método, as localizações dos transdutores em relação um ao outro são determinadas, o gerador de ondas de pressão é energizado para produzir uma onda de pressão de saída e a onda de pressão de saída é transmitida através da superfície selecionada. As ondas de pressão de entrada são detectadas, as quais são refletidas por superfícies escondidas, em geral, abaixo da superfície selecionada em resposta à onda de pressão de saída. As ondas de pressão de entrada são analisadas para determinar as formas tridimensionais de objetos escondidos dispostos abaixo da superfície selecionada, quer embaixo da terra ou embaixo d'água. Várias vistas dos objetos escondidos podem ser expostas em um monitor de vídeo.
