Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO ORG NICA POLIMERIZáVEL, POLIMERIZADO E ARTIGO FOTOCRÈMICO". é descrita uma composição orgânica polimerizável compreendendo um monómero aromático tendo pelo menos dois grupos vinila, p. e. divinil benzeno, um monómero de politiol tendo pelo menos dois grupos tiol, p. e. pentaeritritol tetraquis (2-mercaptoacetato), e um monómero de anidrido tendo pelo menos um grupo etilenicamente insaturado, p. e. anidrido metacrílico. Composições polimerizadas de acordo com a presente invenção, podem opcionalmente compreender um comonómero polimerizável tendo pelo menos dois grupos (met) acríloila, p. e. pentaeritriol tetraquis (acrilato) Polimerizados preparados a partir das composições orgânicas polimerizáveis da presente invenção tem um índice refrativo de pelo menos 1,57 e um número Abbe de pelo menos 33. Também são descritos artigos preparados a partir de tais composições.
