Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO PARA RESFRIAMENTO FINAL DE ALUMINA ANIDRA"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um método para o resfriamento final do óxido de alumínio produzido na base de hidróxido de alumínio em um leito fluidizado circulante, onde o resfriamento final é executado em um reator deleito fluidizado consistindo em dois estágios de resfriamento conectados sucessivamente (5a, 5b) que são subdivididos em várias câmaras de resfriamento (A, B, C, D, E, F). No primeiro estágio de resfriamento (5a), o gás fluidizante a ser fornecido ao reator deleito fluidizado, o qual é introduzido como gás primário no primeiro estágio de resfriamento (5b), é aquecido e o óxido de alumínio anidro é resfriado com um meio de troca de calor que é alimentado em contracorrente. According to the method of the invention, the dispersion containing anhydrous aluminum oxide removed from the first cooling stage (5a) is passed through a cyclone (2) and the anhydrous aluminum oxide removed at the bottom of the cyclone (20) is introduced directly in the second cooling stage.
