Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"CREMES DE LIPOPROTEìNA"<D>. Cremes cosméticos e farmacêuticos, em forma de uma emulsão óleo em água, contêm, como componentes de óleo, pelo menos um óleo polar, cuja tensão interfacial com relação à água, a 25°C (<sym>^ 1^) se situa abaixo de 30 nM/m, e, como emulsificante, pelo menos uma proteína vegetal, cuja solução aquosa a 1% em peso, com relação ao componente de óleo, apresenta uma tensão interfacial, a 25°C (<sym>^ 2^), que é maior do que a tensão interfacial <sym>^ 1^ entre óleo e água. De preferência, estão contidos, como emulsificantes, proteínas ou farinhas contendo proteínas a partir de aveia, trigo ou ervilha. Os componentes de óleo pertencem, de preferência, ao grupo dos ésteres de ácidos C~ 8~-C~ 22~-graxos de C~ 2~-C~ 6~-alcoóis monohídricos ou polihídricos ou dos ésteres de C~ 12~-C~ 22~-alcanóis de ácidos C~ 2~-C~ 6~-hidróxi-carboxílicos monohídricos ou polihídricos.
