Um aparelho redutor do tipo de leito fluidizado para reduzir um minério de ferro fino com uma distribuição de tamanho de partículas grande inclui um primeiro forno do tipo de leito fluidizado (210) para uma primeira redução apenas de minérios de ferro graúdos/intermediários, e um segundo forno do tipo de leito fluidizado (220) para a redução dos minérios de ferro do primeiro forno do tipo de leito fluidizado (210). Um primeiro ciclone (240) captura partículas de minério de ferro finas a partir do gás de descarga do referido primeiro forno do tipo de leito fluidizado (210), e um segundo ciclone (250) captura aquelas provenientes do segundo forno do tipo de leito fluidizado (220). Em um terceiro forno do tipo de leito fluidizado (230) as partículas de minério de ferro finas que foram capturadas pelo primeiro e segundo ciclones (240 e 250) são reduzidas. A fluidized bed type reducing apparatus for reducing a fine iron ore with a large particle size distribution includes a first fluidized bed type furnace (210) for a first reduction only of coarse / intermediate iron ores, and a second fluidized bed oven (220) for the reduction of iron ores of the first fluidized bed type oven (210). A first cyclone (240) captures fine iron ore particles from the discharge gas from said first fluidized bed type furnace (210), and a second cyclone (250) captures those from the second fluidized bed type furnace. (220). In a third fluidized bed oven (230) the fine iron ore particles that were captured by the first and second cyclones (240 and 250) are reduced. A third cyclone (260) captures the extremely fine iron ore particles discharged from the third fluid bed type oven (230) to be recycled to the third fluid bed type oven (230).
