Abstract
"PEçA DE METAL EM Pó, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR A MESMA E MISTURA DE PóS METáLICOS". Uma mistura homogênea de metais em pó para produzir uma peça de metal em pó especialmente um inserto de sede de válvula. A mistura inclui 15 a 30% em peso de um pó de aço para válvula, 0 a 10 % em peso de níquel, 0 a 5% em peso de cobre, 5 a 15% em peso de um pó de liga de ferro, 0 a 15% em peso de um pó de aço-ferramenta, 0,5 a 5% em peso de um lubrificante sólido, 0,5 a 2% em peso de grafite, 0,3 a 1,0% de um lubrificante temporário, e o complemento sendo substancialmente um pó de aço de baixa liga contendo de 0,6 a 2,0% em peso de molibdênio, 0 a 5% em peso de níquel, e 0 a 3,0% em peso de cobre. A presente invenção provê resistência a desgaste de alta temperatura e corrosão melhoradas em relação a materiais da técnica anterior bem como usinabilidade melhorada. A mistura homogênea da presente invenção provê um material de densidade relativamente alta que permite uma técnica de prensagem e sinterização simples.
