Abstract

Patente de Invenção: EQUIPAMENTO E MéTODO PARA IMPEDIR A ATIVAçãO ACIDENTAL DE TECLAS EM UM DISPOSITIVO DE COMUNICAçãO SEM FIO. Um dispositivo de comunicação sem fio possui um ou mais padrões predeterminados de operação de teclas que são necessários para efetuar a função associada com a tecla. Como exemplo, a ativação de uma tecla de ligar (114) em um dispositivo de comunicação sem fio pode ser intencional ou inadvertida. O dispositivo de comunicação sem fio requer a ativação da tecla selecionada com um padrão de operação predeterminado de modo a ser qualificado como um ato intencional pelo usúario. Os padrões predeterminados de operação podem ser variados de acordo com diferentes condições do dispositivo de comunicação sem fio. O padrão predeterminado de operação pode requerer a ativação contínua por um período predeterminado de tempo, a múltipla ativação da tecla selecionada dentro de um período predeterminado de tempo, a ativação simultânea de múltiplas teclas, a ativação seq³encial de múltiplas teclas, ou similares. O dispositivo de comunicação sem fio pode também utilizar um mostrador ou display para requerer confirmação pelo usuário de uma ação selecionada.
