Abstract

''DISPOSITIVO INDICADOR DE CRISTAL LìQUIDO COLORIDO DO TIPO REFLETOR''. Descreve-se um indicador de cristal líquido refletor colorido que inclui um elemento de cristal líquido STN (20) no qual um cristal líquido nemático (6) orientado em torção de 180° a 270° é intercalado entre um primeiro substrato transparente (1) que tem um primeiro eletrodo transparente (3) e um segundo substrato transparente (2) que tem um segundo eletrodo transparente (4), filtros de cores (7) de diferentes cores instalado no primeiro ou no segundo substrato, uma lâmina polarizadora absorvente (11) colocada sobre o lado visível do segundo substrato (2) através de uma lâmina fásica (12), uma camada difusora (13), uma lâmina polarizadora refletiva (14), e uma camada absorvente de luz (15), sendo as últimas três colocadas em ordem sobre o lado oposto ao lado visível. Consegue-se um indicador brilhante de alto contraste e cores boas.
