Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"FECHO DE PERFURAçãO E CORTE"<D>. Um fecho de perfuração e corte, moldado a partir de um material plástico rígido para um recipiente cuja boca aberta é normalmente vedada por uma membrana fina aplicada a uma borda do recipiente. O fecho é aplicado de forma removível ao recipiente em uma orientação fechada por meio do engate de roscas helicoidais na parte externa de um pescoço do recipiente e uma borda anular do fecho. Para despejar o conteúdo, o fecho é removido e reaplicado em uma orientação invertida, uma extensão de flange da borda do fecho circundando a borda do recipiente e servindo para centrar o fecho em sua orientação invertida no recipiente. Um painel superior do fecho é provido de um rebordo arqueado com extremidade dupla que engata a membrana quando o fecho estiver em sua orientação invertida no recipiente, a fim de manter a tensão na parte da membrana em engate com o rebordo. O rebordo arqueado também serve, em combinação com a extensão do flange, para prender a borda do recipiente entre eles. Um elemento de corte afiado se projeta axialmente a partir do rebordo, em um local entre suas extremidades e as funções para perfurar a membrana quando o fecho for reaplicado, em sua orientação invertida, ao recipiente. Quando o fecho for girado no recipiente em posição invertida, o elemento de corte irá cortar a membrana ao longo de um arco inferior a 360^ 0^ , mesmo se o fecho for girado 360^ 0^ ou mais, para permitir que o conteúdo seja despejado do recipiente após a remoção do fecho do recipiente enquanto garante que a membrana cortada permaneça fixada à borda do recipiente sem deixar cair o conteúdo do recipiente.
