Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CABO DE FIBRAS SINTéTICAS TORCIDO"<D>. Em um cabo de transporte acionado por meio de uma polia de cabo, com um núcleo de cabo (19) feito de cordões de fibra de aramida (9,10, 11) suportante, torcidos em paralelo uns com os outros em camadas de cordões (14, 16) concêntricas, é proposto torcer os cordões (12) de uma camada de cordões (12) mais externa em torção contrária com o núcleo de cabo (19). Por meio do torcimento em torção contrária cancelam-se reciprocamente os momentos de torção que surgem sob carga nas camadas de cordões (14, 16, 21); é alcançada uma estrutura de cabo neutra com relação à rotação. Uma superfície lateral intermediária (20) elástica entre as camadas de cordões (16, 21), torcidas em torção contrária, serve como proteção contra abrasão para os cordões (10, 11, 12) e para a transmissão de momento de torção em grande área no cabo de elevador (1).
