Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B> PóS DE BORRACHA PULVERULENTOS COMPREENDENDO ENCHIMENTOS MODIFICADOS, PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAçãO DOS MESMOS E USO DOS MESMOS"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de borrachas finamente divididas (pós de borracha) por precipitação de misturas aquosas, que compreendem enchimento, na forma de suspensões, sais solúveis em água de um metal dos grupos lla, llb, llla e Vlll da tabela periódica dos elementos e um látex de borracha, uma emulsão aquosa de uma borracha ou uma solução de borracha, no qual um ou mais compostos de organossilício contendo pelo menos um grupo alcóxi é ou são dissolvidos ou emulsificados, opcionalmente na presença de uma substância superficialmente ativa, em água, ou os compostos mencionados são misturados diretamente, opcionalmente com uma substância superficialmente ativa, com uma suspensão aquosa de um enchimento finamente dividido oxidado ou silicatado, ou uma mistura desses enchimentos a uma temperatura de 10 a 60°C, de preferência, à temperatura ambiente, sob agitação, a quantidade dessa mistura considerada para incorporação na borracha, à base do teor de enchimento, sendo, em geral, dividida em duas bateladas.
