Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA CINTA FINA EM AçO INOXIDáVEL"<D>. A invenção tem por objetivo um processo de fabricação de uma cinta fina em aço inoxidável por solidificação direta do aço líquido sob a forma de uma cinta de espessura inferior ou igual a 8 mm em uma instalação de fundição, comportando duas paredes resfriadas em movimento e por laminação a quente dessa cinta, cuja solidificação é substancialmente concluída, quando ela deixa essas paredes, caracterizado pelo fato da laminação a quente ser feita sobre um laminador, cujos cilindros de trabalho têm um diâmetro compreendido entre 400 e 900 mm, pelo fato da temperatura da cinta à sua saída do laminador estar compreendida entre 800 e 1100°C, e pelo fato da taxa de redução da espessura da cinta, quando da laminação a quente estar compreendida entre 15 e 50%.
