Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A USINAGEM A LASER DE UMA SUPERFìCIE INTERNA"<D>. Processo para a usinagem a laser de uma superfície interna de corpos ocos consistindo de uma liga de matriz, com eixo geométrico de cilindro simétrico em rotação, sendo que, sob corpo oco mantido estacionário, com uma sonda girável, é produzido um ponto luminoso de raio sobre a superfície interna e, sobre ela, é aplicado, em um gás de transporte e de proteção contínuo, pó de liga. Durante a rotação da sonda, este é deslocado simultaneamente ao longo do eixo de cilindro, que funde o pó de liga no ponto luminoso de raio e forma uma liga em uma profundidade de 0,2 até 2 mm. Um dispositivo para a realização do processo abrange uma sonda em forma de barra (1), no qual, juntamente com uma adução de pó de liga em um gás de transporte e de proteção, é disposta uma condução de raio de laser (2), que lança um raio de luz de laser (3) sobre um sistema de lentes colimador (4) sobre um espelho defletor (5) configurado na cabeça de sonda, um acionamento de rotação, disposto na sonda, para o segmento de um bocal de carregamento de pó e um equipamento de carregamento de raio de laser, o qual está disposto na região de ângulo de reflexão do espelho defletor, um equipamento axial de movimentação da sonda (1) bem como um acionamento telescópico para o segmento de um bocal de carregamento de pó e para o equipamento de carregamento de raio de laser.
