Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"MéTODO DE PRODUçàO DE AçO"<D>. Método de produção de aço é proposto para obter, de modo barato, ferro puro com alta trabalhabilidade por meio do uso de pellets de ferro reduzidos. O método de produção de aço da presente invenção primeiro produz um metal quente através do carregamento de uma parte dos pellets de ferro reduzidos 10, as quais são a matéria-prima para um forno submerso 11. a seguir, uma poça desse metal quente 12 é formada por meio do carregamento desse metal quente em um forno a arco elétrico 13. Adicionalmente, os pellets de ferro reduzidos restantes 10, as quais são a matéria-prima, são carregadas, continuamente nessa poça e um aço 14 é obtido. Além disso, nesse caso, a proporção dos pellets de ferro reduzidos 10, carregadas diretamente no forno a arco elétrico 13 para os pellets de ferro reduzidos totais 10 é 30 a 70% por peso.
