Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>''INSPEçãO DE RECIPIENTES EMPREGANDO UM SENSOR DE MATRIZ DE áREA úNICA E FONTES DE LUZ ALTERNADAMENTE ESTROBOSCóPICAS''<D>. Aparelho para inspecionar um recipiente (12) que inclui uma primeira fonte de luz (14) para gerar energia luminosa de um primeiro caráter e dirigir a energia luminosa sobre uma porção predeterminada (20) de um recipiente sob inspeção e uma segunda fonte de luz (22) para gerar energia luminosa de um segundo caráter diferente do primeiro caráter e dirigir essa energia luminosa sobre a mesma porção predeterminada do recipiente sob inspeção. Um sensor de luz de matriz de área (26) é disposto para receber uma imagem bidimensional da porção do recipiente iluminada pelas primeiras e segunda fonte de luz. As primeira e segunda fontes de luz são, seq³encial e alternadamente, tornadas estroboscópicas e as primeira e segunda imagens bidimensionais da porção de recipiente sob inspeção são baixadas do sensor. Variações comerciais que afetam as propriedades óticas dos recipientes são identificadas através de comparação das primeira e segunda imagens bidimensionais das respectivas fontes de luz varridas do sensor. O sensor, de preferência, inclui instalações (44, 46, 48) para varrer imagens bidimensionais em quadros seq³encias e as primeira e segunda imagens são obtidas através de varredura de quadros seq³ênciais do sensor, durante a qual as primeira e segunda fontes de luz são, alternadamente, tornadas estroboscópicas.
