Patente de Invenção:<B>"ARTIGO ABSORVENTE TENDO ABAS LATERAIS DUPLAS"<D>. é apresentado um artigo absorvente tendo tanta abas laterais que se estendem para fora e para cima. O artigo tem um primeiro definido pelo menos em parte por um par de extremidades dispostas opostamente e lados dispostos opostamente que se estendem substancialmente entre as extremidades. Um par de flanges laterais estendem-se a partir de uma parte próxima adjacente a uma estrutura absorvente adjacente a uma parte distal próxima a um dos lados do artigo. Cada flange tem um elemento abse, uma zona externa disposta adjacente ao perímetro e uma zona interna disposta entre a zona externa e a estrutura do absorvente. Há um elemento elasticamente extensível tendo uma largura suficiente para se expandir pelo menos pela zona interna e uma parte da zona externa, uma espessura e um comprimento. Cada elemento elasticamente extensível é laminado para o material de revestimento para formar um laminado de aba. Cada laminado de aba é fixado ao elemento base do flange lateral na zona externa, mas cada um é não conectado à camada de base na zona interna. Finalmente, o revestimento é fixado à estrutura do absorvente, pelo menos na região central do artigo.
