Abstract

''MECANISMO DE ACIONAMENTO DE MEMBRO DE VáLVULA EM MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO'', compreendendo uma máquina para moldar a injeção multi-cavidades com entrada de válvula, onde um número de pinos de válvula estedem-se, anteriormente, a partir de uma chapa de pino de válvula, cada um em alinhamento com uma entrada que conduz a uma cavidade no molde; um par de barras de came estendem-se ao lado de um par de barras de acionamento vinculadas à chapa de pino de válvula; blocos deslizantes retangulares anexos a cada barra de acionamento encaixam-se em ranhuras diagonais na barra de came adjacente, onde o movimento longitudinal das barras de came movimentam a chapa de pino de válvula e os pinos de válvula para a frente e para atrás; as barras de came são conduzidas longitudionalmente por mecanismo de acionamento eletro-mecânico para simultaneamante e precisamente paralisar os pinos de válvula em, pelo menos, três diferentes e precisas posições cada ciclo de injeção.
