Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"PRODUçãO ENZIMáTICA DE VITAMINA B~ 6~<D>. Processo para uma produção enzimática de vitamina B~ 6~ que compreende incubar 1-desóxi-D-treo-pentulose e 4-hidróxi-L-treonina com um sistema de reação de enzima preparado a partir de células de um microorganismo que pertence ao gênero Rhizobium, Sinorhizobium, Flavobacterium, Chryseobacterium, Lactobacillus, Arthrobacter, Bacillus, Klebsiella, Escherichia, Pseudomonas, Stenotrophomonas, Enterobacter, Serratia, Corynebacterium, Brevibacterium, Exiguobacterium, Saccharomyces, Yamadazma, Pichia e Candida na presença de NADP^ +^, NAD^ +^ e ATP. ìons de manganês e de magnésio estimulam a reação acima. Este processo fornece altos rendimentos de vitamina B~ 6~, uma vitamina essencial para a nutrição de animais, plantas e microorganismos, e útil como um medicamento ou um aditivo alimentar.
