Um processo para proporcionar um sistema de diagnóstico automatizado altamente inteligente que identifica a necessidade de substituir partes específicas para minimizar o tempo improdutivo de máquina mais exatamente ao invés de exigir a extensa procura pela localização de defeitos a serem reparados. Mais especificamente, um esquema de análise de teste lógico, esquemático para avaliar a operação da máquina a partir de um simples sistema sensor e poder indicar com precisão partes e componentes que necessitam ser substituídos é proporcionado por uma série de primeiro nível de testes por controle para monitorar componentes para receber um primeiro nível de dados e por uma série de segundo nível de testes pelo controle para monitorar componentes para receber um segundo nível de dados.
