Abstract

Rede de computadores cliente/servidos distribuída em que a identidade de pelo menos uma imagem complexa, selecionada de uma pluralidade de imagens complexas armazenadas por um cliente (2) é transmitida a um servidor remoto (4). O servidor remoto (4) determina então, a partir da identidade de cada imagem selecionada, se o cliente (2) está autorizado a obter acesso, por meio de um servidor (4) a um recurso particular de rede (6). Assim, a rede é eficiente e segura, visto que as próprias imagens complexas não necessitam ser transferidas do cliente (2) ao servidor (4) e que nenhuma informação sobre autorização é armazenada pelo cliente (2).
