Abstract

Patente de Invenção: CONJUNTO DE VáLVULA. Um conjunto de válvula esfera duplo, em linha, para uma ferramenta de intervenção em árvore submarina possui um par de pistões axialmente móveis e um membro de ligação rotativo preso por pinos entre cada um dos pistões e as válvulas esfera endependentemente operáveis. Os membros de ligação possuem cubos excêntricos que giram as válvulas esfera entre as posições aberta e fechada quando os pistões são axialmente movimentados. Um recesso é formado em cada esfera adjacente à passagem central de escoamento do conjunto para acomodar um lado inferior de tubulação ou linha de fio. Os recessos impedem o cisalhamento da tubulação ou linha de fio em dois locais quando uma das válvulas se movimenta para a posição fechada.
