Abstract

<B>CONJUNTO DE ARTICULAçãO DE ESFERA E SOQUETE DE BAIXO TORQUE<D>. Um jogo de mancal anular para uma junta de esfera e soquete inclui mancais anulares interno e externo que possui uma cabeça de um pino de esfera que engata uma face de assento interna de cada um dos mancais. Ocorre uma pré-carga de compressão axial quando o jogo de mancal e o pino de esfera são inseridos em um soquete e o soquete é fechado. A face de assento do mancal externo é provida com uma pluralidade de ranhuras de deformação e ranhuras de lubrificação. O mancal interno também é provido com ranhuras de lubrificação. As ranhuras permitem que o jogo de mancal pré-carregado relaxe durante um período de tempo pré-determinado, produzindo assim uma junta que possui baixo torque e baixo movimento final. Os mancais são ainda providos com um mecanismo de alinhamento para alinhar as ranhuras de lubrificação e os mancais interno e externo.
