Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA APLICAçãO DE PLACA RESINADA EM PAINEL DE MáQUINAS DESTINADAS AO TRABALHO EM AMBIENTE úMIDO E PAINEL ASSIM OBTIDO", como por exemplo em máquinas de lavar roupas, louças e similares onde os componentes eletrónicos do painel de comando estão sujeitos ao eventual contato com o ambiente úmido naturalmente produzido no interior da máquina; destacando-se a invenção por reunir, quando em comparação ao atual estado da técnica, uma série de vantagens a nível de montagem, redução de componentes e mão de obra, além de significar, também, uma sensível redução de custo; o painel (1) é preparado integralmente de forma prévia, sendo entregue à empresa montadora da máquina apenas para aplicação dos conectores nos plugs (6); é utilizada, para tanto, uma única placa (2) contendo todos os componentes eletrónicos, dita placa (2) recebendo uma vedação de borracha (5) contornante, sendo então esta placa (2) levada ao interior do painel (1), onde encaixa-se às guias (3) e recebe, nas extremidades anteparos limitadores (7); feito isto, aplica-se a resina líquida, por exemplo de poliuretano ou similar, atuando o painel (1) como próprio molde do "potting", ao passo que os anteparos limitadores (7) evitam o escoamento desta resina para as laterais, o mesmo ocorrendo com a vedação (5), que impede a penetração desta resina para sob a placa (2); ao secar a resina, os anteparos limitadores (7) são retirados ficando a placa (2) completamente resinada e incorporada ao painel (1), que está pronta para ser preso à máquina pelos dentes de trava (4) e receber os referidos conectores."PROCESS FOR THE APPLICATION OF RESINED PLATE IN MACHINERY PANELS INTENDED FOR WORKING IN A DAMMED ENVIRONMENT AND PANEL THAT IS OBTAINED", such as in washing machines, dishes and the like where the electronic components of the control panel are subject to possible contact with the moist environment naturally produced inside the machine; highlighting the invention for bringing together, when compared to the current state of the art, a series of advantages in terms of assembly, reduction of components and labor, in addition to also meaningful reduction in cost; the panel (1) is fully prepared in advance, being handed over to the machine assembly company only for the application of the connectors on the plugs (6); for this purpose, a single plate (2) containing all electronic components is used, said plate (2) receiving a rubber seal (5) around it, and this plate (2) is then taken inside the panel (1), where it fits with the guides (3) and receives limiting shields (7) at the ends; this done, the liquid resin, for example polyurethane or similar, is applied, the panel (1) acting as the potting mold itself, while the limiting shields (7) prevent the flow of this resin to the sides, the even occurring with the seal (5), which prevents this resin from penetrating under the plate (2); when drying the resin, the limiting shields (7) are removed and the plate (2) is completely resinous and incorporated into the panel (1), which is ready to be attached to the machine by the locking teeth (4) and receiving said connectors.
