Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"COMPOSIçõES PARA A REDUçãO DE CICATRIZ"<D>. A invenção provê o uso de uma ou mais substâncias selecionadas do grupo consistindo de (a) um agonista de ciclase de adenilila, (b) monofosfato de adenosina 3', 5' cíclica (cAMP) e seus sais e derivados, e (c) um inibidor de fosfodiesterase, caracterizado pelo fato de destinar-se à preparação de um composição para a redução de cicatriz de ferimento. As substâncias atuam aumentando os níveis de cAMP no ferimento, desse modo reduzindo a proliferação celular resultando em formação de cicatriz reduzida. As substâncias preferidas incluem forskolin, cAMP de dibutirila, lisofilina, e xantina de metila de isobutila (IBMX).
