Abstract
<B>SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA MOLDAR DE FORMA ESPECTRAL OS SINAIS DE DADOS TRANSMITIDOS<D> Sistema para transmitir de um transmissor, quadro a quadro, bits de informação digital que são codificados em um número predefinido de símbolos sinalizados por quadro para transmissão através de uma rede para um receptor, em que os símbolos sinalizados transmitidos têm um formato espectral desejado; sendo que os bits de informação digital se dividem em um primeiro número predeterminado de bits de informação de magnitudes e um segundo número predeterminado de bits de informação de sinal por quadro, o transmissor incluindo: um dispositivo de conversão de magnitude para converter os bits de informação de magnitude no número predefinido de magnitude de símbolo por quadro; um codificador de bit de sinal para codificar os bits de informação de sinal no número predefinido de bits de sinal de símbolo codificado por quadro; e um seletor de ponto de sinal, responsivo ao dispositivo de conversão de magnitude e ao codificador de bit de sinal, o qual combina as magnitudes de símbolo e os bits de sinal de símbolo codificado para formar o número predefinido de símbolos sinalizados transmitidos por quadro; o codificador de bit de sinal compreendendo: um gerador representativo de subconjunto que gera, para cada quadro, bits de sinal representativo de subconjunto para os bits de informação de sinal, definindo um elemento representativo de subconjunto para um código convolucional que identifica um subconjunto do código convolucional contendo candidatos de bits de sinal de símbolo codificado; e um seletor de bit de sinal de símbolo, responsivo aos bits de sinal representativo de subconjunto e às magnitudes de símbolo, que seleciona os bits de sinal de símbolo codificado dentre os candidatos de bits de sinal de símbolo codificado que produzem os símbolos sinalizados transmitidos com o formato espectral desejado.
