Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>''ELEMENTO PROTETOR, DISPOSITIVOS COMPREENDENDO ELEMENTOS DESSE TIPO E TAMBéM UM MéTODO PARA PROTEçãO DE UMA áREA CONTRA ENCHENTES E AVALANCHES''<D>. A invenção se refere a um elemento protetor (1) compreendendo uma placa (2) com uma primeira borda longitudinal (3) e uma segunda borda longitudinal (4), espaçadas por uma distância (D) uma da outra, e um mancal axial (5, 5') disposto substancialmente em paralelo com a primeira borda longitudinal e/ou a segunda borda longitudinal, projetado para transferir forças, pelo que a placa (2) é disposta móvel em uma subestrutura (6) para absorver as forças exercidas sobre o elemento protetor, em particular em um sistema de proteção contra enchentes e avalanches e capaz de ser disposto móvel em relação à referida subestrutura (6), em uma zona de articulação (S). A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de o referido mancal axial (5, 5') ser montado vedado e a fim de compensar as forças que estão sendo exercidas sobre as placas (2) ou sobre o mancal (5, 5'), o referido mancal é colocado em uma distância, no máximo um quarto da distância (D) de um eixo geométrico, opcionalmente da placa (2) o eixo (7) passando através do centro de gravidade, entre as primeira e segunda bordas longitudinais substancialmente, paralelo às bordas longitudinais (3, 4). Dependendo da configuração de sua superfície, o elemento protetor (1) pode ser produzido na forma de um caminho ou beco, ou transportar coletores solares, ou como dispositivo para transferir forças e integrado em um sistema de proteção contra enchentes e avalanches.
