Abstract

"EMULSãO AQUOSA DE SILICONE, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE UMA EMULSãO AQUOSA DE SILICONE E PROCESSO DE REALIZAçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO" A presente invenção trata de uma emulsão aquosa de silicone útil em particular para a preparação de revestimento antiaderente sobre suportes fibrosos ou não, por exemplo, de papel. Essa emulsão compreende poliorganossiloxanos (POS) com unidades Si-vinila e POS com unidades SiH, aptos a reticular por poliadição em presença de um catalisador com platina. As emulsões conhecidas desse tipo não são estáveis e tem uma tendência de reticular prematuramente e de produzir espuma química. Esses fenómenos indesejáveis são extremamente desagradáveis nas máquinas industriais de aplicação de revestimento antiadesivo sobre papel. A emulsão segundo a presente invenção corrige essa deficiência propondo a seguinte composição: POS A com unidades Si-Vi, POS B com unidades SiH, catalisador C com platina, agente T de fixação e de manutenção do pH entre 5 e 9, de preferência entre 6 e 8, sendo de preferência um tampão (NaHCO~ 3~); um agente emulsificante D (álcool polivinílico); eventualmente um inibidor E da poliadição e eventualmente outros aditivos F do tipo carga, biocida, antiespumante, antigel, colorante, látex sintético, etc. A presente invenção tem também por objeto um processo de preparação desse tipo de emulsões e os processo de revestimento de suportes, por exemplo de papel, com o auxílio dessa emulsão. Aplicação: antiaderência do papel.
