Abstract
"APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA DETERMINAR UM PARâMETRO DE DISPOSITIVO ASSOCIADO A UM DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROLE DE PROCESSO, E, APARELHO PARA DETEMINAR A BANDA MORTA DE UM DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROLE DE PROCESSO" Um aparelho para determinar não obstrusivamente um ou mais parâmetros, tais como banda morta, tempo morto, ou tempo de resposta de um dispositivo de controle de processo que é conectado em linha em uma malha de controle de processo, inclui uma unidade de medição e uma unidade de processamento (30). A unidade de medição é acoplada à malha de controle de processo para detectar mudanças estocásticas em um sinal de controle enviado ao dispositivo de controle de processo e detectar uma indicação da resposta do dispositivo de controle de processo para as mudanças no sinal de controle, enquanto o dispositivo de controle de processo está operando em linha. A unidade de processamento calcula os parâmetros de dispositivo a partir de um ou mais conjuntos das mudanças detectadas no sinal de controle, e indicação de resposta detectada.
