Abstract
"ATIVADOR CATALISADOR DE ALUMINOXANO MODIFICADO". Um ativador catalisador particularmente adaptado para ativação de complexos metálicos dos grupos 3-10 para polimerizar monómeros polimerizáveis etilenicamente insaturados, especialmente olefinas, compreende uma composição compreendendo uma mistura de ácidos de Lewis contendo alumínio, a citada mistura correspondendo à fórmula: [( - AlQ¹ -O-)~ z~( -AlAr^ f^-O-)~ z'~] (Alar^ f^~ z~"Al~ 2~Q¹~ 6-2~" ) onde cada ocorrência de Q¹ independentemente é selecionada de alquila C~ 1-20~; Arf é uma parcela hidrocarbila aromática fluorada de 6 a 30 átomos de carbono; z é um número de 1 a 50, preferivelmente 1,5 a 40, e mais preferivelmente 2 a 30, e a parcela ( -AlQ¹-O- ) é um oligómero cíclico ou linear com uma unidade repetitiva de 2-30; z' é um número de 1 a 50, preferivelmente de 1,5 a 40, mais preferivelmente de 2 a 30, e a parcela ( -AlAr^ f^-O- ) é um oligómero cíclico ou linear com uma unidade repetitiva de 2 a 30; e z" é um número de 0 a 6, e a parcela (Arf~ z~"Al~ 2~Q¹~ 6-z''~) tanto pode ser tri (fluoroarilaluminio), trialquilalumínio, ou um aduto de tri (fluroarilaluminio) com uma quantidade de subestequiométrica a super-estequiométrica de trialquilalumínio."MODIFIED ALUMINOXAN CATALYST ACTIVATOR". A catalyst activator particularly adapted for the activation of metal complexes of groups 3-10 to polymerize ethylenically unsaturated polymerizable monomers, especially olefins, comprises a composition comprising a mixture of Lewis acids containing aluminum, the aforementioned mixture corresponding to the formula: [(- AlQ¹ - O-) ~ z ~ (-AlAr ^ f ^ -O-) ~ z '~] (Alar ^ f ^ ~ z ~ "Al ~ 2 ~ Q¹ ~ 6-2 ~") where each occurrence of Q¹ is independently selected alkyl C ~ 1-20 ~; Arf is a fluorinated aromatic hydrocarbyl moiety of 6 to 30 carbon atoms; z is a number from 1 to 50, preferably 1.5 to 40, and more preferably 2 to 30, and the portion (-AlQ¹-O-) is a cyclic or linear oligomer with a repetitive unit of 2-30; z 'is a number from 1 to 50, preferably from 1.5 to 40, more preferably from 2 to 30, and the portion (-AlAr ^ f ^ -O-) is a cyclic or linear oligomer with a repetitive unit of 2 at 30; ez "is a number from 0 to 6, and the portion (Arf ~ z ~" Al ~ 2 ~ Q¹ ~ 6-z '' ~) can be either tri (fluoroaryl aluminum), trialkyl aluminum, or a tri (fluroaryl aluminum) adduct with an amount of sub-stoichiometric to super-stoichiometric of trialkyl aluminum.
