A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de um sachê de selo de quatro lados (10) enchido com um volume pré-posto de material fluente, o sachê sendo feito de um filme flexível compreendendo uma resina catalisada de metaloceno, o sachê tendo um comprimento L (11) entre selos transversos (71) e uma largura W (12) entre selos longitudinais (70), pelo qual o volume pré-posto de material fluente é de mais do que 0,525xW^ 2^xL/<227>, de modo que selos livres de vazamentos são fornecidos.
