Abstract

<B><MU>PROCESSO PARA GRAVAR EM RELEVO UM PAPEL DE CAMADA úNICA E PAPEL DE CAMADA úNICA DOTADA DE DOIS LADOS<MV><D> Expõe-se um processo para gravar em relevo com alta pressão um papel de camada única e o papel produzido pelo mesmo. O processo de gravação em relevo requer dois rolos, um rolo padrão (30) e um rolo bigorna (32). Os rolos são carregados entre si sob uma pressão de pelo menos 70, 30 kg/cm^ 2^ (1000 psi) na beliscadura. Uma camada de papel única é gravada em relevo na beliscadura. As gravações em relevo do papel não se estendem para fora além da espessura do papel para terem qualquer deformação fora do plano. As gravações em relevo são tipicamente vidradas. O papel resultante é dotado de uma aparência esteticamente agradável, sem perda indevida da resistência à tração decorrente do processo de gravação em relevo.
