Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE DESPEJAR PARA UM RECIPIENTE, RECIPIENTE, E, PROCESSO PARA DESPEJAR O CONTEúDO DO RECIPIENTE". Um dispositivo de despejar para um recipiente, o dispositivo de despejar (5) compreendendo uma primeira porção traseira (15a) e uma segunda porção frontal (20a) e meios para reter o dispositivo em associação com um recipiente, no qual, em uma primeira posição de não-despejamento, a segunda porção fica em encaixe vedado com o recipiente, enquanto, no uso, a depressão da primeira porção faz com que pelo menos parte da segunda porção mova-se da primeira posição de não-despejamento para uma segunda posição de despejamento. A liberação da primeira porção faz com que a segunda porção torne a adotar a primeira posição de não-despejamento. O dispositivo de despejar é usado, de preferência, para despejar óleo em um motor de veículo. O dispositivo inclui meios de evidência de adulteração. O dispositivo de despejar pode ser usado para controlar a velocidade de fluxo do óleo de um recipiente.
