Abstract
Patente de Invenção <B>"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A MOLDAGEM A QUENTE DE TERMOPLáSTICOS''<D>. A invenção se refere a um método para a moldagem a quente de termoplásticos, no qual um modelo, pré-forma ou produto semi-acabado similar é aquecido a uma temperatura tal que possa ser trabalhado e depois é moldado por um dispositivo de moldagem, de modo que o modelo é exposto durante um período de tempo específico a uma radiação de intensidade específica de uma fonte de radiação que tem uma intensidade máxima em uma região de emissão de comprimentos de onda dentro da qual o termoplástico absorve radiação com uma absorbância mais baixa ou transmite radiação com uma transmitância mais alta do que em comprimentos de onda mais longos. A invenção se refere ainda a um aparelho para a moldagem a quente de termoplásticos, compreendendo um dispositivo de aplicação de calor para aquecer um modelo, uma pré-forma ou um produto semi-acabado similar até uma temperatura tal que possa ser trabalhado, e um dispositivo de moldagem, em particular um dispositivo de sopragem (-estiramento), um dispositivo de estiramento profundo ou uma ferramenta de conformação similar para moldagem do modelo aquecido, em que o dispositivo de aquecimento compreende uma fonte de radiação equipada com um meio de regulagem para regular um espectro de emissão da fonte de radiação, de modo que uma intensidade máxima da fonte de radiação se situa em uma faixa de emissão de comprimentos de onda dentro da qual o termoplástico absorve radiação incidente com uma absorbância mais baixa do que em comprimentos de onda mais longos.
