Abstract
"DERIVADOS DO áCIDO AMINO-ETIL-FENóXI-ACéTICO E FáRMACOS PARA A REMISSãO DA DOR E PROMOVER A REMOçãO DE CáLCULOS NA LITìASE URINáRIA" Descreve-se derivados do ácido amino-etil-fenóxi-acético inovadores, representados pela fórmula genérica (I) e seus sais de uso farmacêutico, que têm efeitos de estimular os receptores adrenérgicos ß~ 2~ e ß~ 3~, e são úteis na remissão da dor e promoção da remoção de cálculos na litíase urinária; onde R¹ representa hidrogênio, alquila inferior ou aralquila; R² representa hidrogênio ou halogênio; e os átomos de carbono com as marcas (R) e (S) são aqueles que têm as configurações (R) e (S), respectivamente.
