Abstract

"ANTICORPOS MONOCLONAIS E POLICLONAIS, PEPTìDEO SUSCETìVEL DE GERAR UM ANTICORPO, AGENTE IMUNOGêNICO, SEQUêNCIA DE NUCLEOTìDEOS, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, USO DE PELO MENOS UM ANTICORPO, KIT DE DIAGNóSTICO, E, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM AGENTE IMUNOGêNICO" A presente invenção refere-se a um anticorpo policlonal ou monoclonal, dirigido contra um epítopo da proteína G de VRS correspondendo a uma sequência escolhida dentre uma das sequências de peptídeos compreendidas entre respectivamente os resíduos de aminoácidos 150-159, 176-189, 194-207 e 155-176, da sequência total da proteína G de VRS A ou B, ou as sequências apresentando pelo menos 98% de homologia.
